摘 要:采用好气培养法研究了新型硝化抑制剂3,4-二甲基吡唑磷酸盐(DMPP)对菜园土壤养分肥力的影响。结果表明,在35d恒温培养过程中,土壤硝态氮呈现升高的趋势,DMPP处理(硫硝铵ASN+DMPP和尿素urea+DMPP)土壤硝态氮含量在整个试验期间显著低于未加DMPP处理(ASN和urea);从培养的第10d开始至试验结束期间,DMPP处理的土壤铵态氮含量显著高于未加DMPP处理。DMPP能增加土壤无机氮含量,在氮肥施入后较长时间内维持较高的氮供应强度并能调节氮素供应形态,减弱土壤因施氮造成的pH值下降,降低土壤速效钾含量,但对土壤速效磷含量影响不大。The influences of nitrification inhibitor (NI), 3, 4-dimethylpyrazole phosphate (DMPP), on nutrient-supplying of vegetable soil were studied by performing a 35 days aerobic culture experiment. The concentration of soil NO3-N tended to increase during the culturing under constant temperature condition. NO3-N concentrations were significantly lower in DMPP treatments (ASN+DMPP and urea+DMPP) than in no DMPP treatments with ammonium sulphate nitrate (ASN) and urea over the entire cultivation period. From the 10th day to the end of the experiment, soil NH4-N concentrations in the DMPP treatments were significantly higher than those without DMPP. DMPP could increase inorganic nitrogen concentration, providing a persistent nitrogen supply and adjusting nitrogen supply form, and mitigate the decreasing pH due to the application of nitrogen. DMPP decreased the concentration of available K, but had no significant effect on the concentration of available P.
