摘 要:采用室内发酵瓶试验方法,研究了矿物材料膨润土在5种不同施用量的情况下对餐厨垃圾厌氧消化过程中消化液COD、产气量、pH的影响。结果表明,在发酵温度为35℃、有机负荷率为10.234gCOD·d-·1L-1的条件下,膨润土用量比为0、0.25%、0.5%、1%、1.25%、2.5%(质量分数,以消化底物湿基计)时,餐厨垃圾厌氧消化系统的产气率分别达到115.15、116.77、119.75、130.96、189.33、118.79mL·g-1VS,其中当膨润土用量比为1.25%时对厌氧消化系统的产气率有显著的促进作用。研究发现膨润土的添加对餐厨垃圾厌氧消化过程中的pH变化有一定的缓冲作用,文章同时探讨了膨润土缓冲pH变化的初步作用机理。Influences of five dosages of bentonite on anaerobic digestion of food waste were explored by determining the concentration of COD in the fermentation supernatant, biogas production, pH variation. The experiment was conducted using simulated anaerobic digestion bottles at mesophilic temperature (35℃), with the organic loading rate of 10.234 g COD· d^-1·L^-1. The biogas production rate reached 115.15, 116.77, 119.75, 130.96, 189.33 and 118.79 mL·g^-1 VS when the bentonite added were 0, 0.25%, 0.5%, 1.00%, 1.25% and 2.5%(m/m, wet substrate, respectively. Bentonite can enhance the biogas production most significantly at the dosase of 1.25%. The pH in the digestion systems with bentonite added maintained stable when the VFA concentration drastically rose, while, the pH in the control and R1 (0.25% bentonite added) dropped significantly with the VFA rising. Bentonite can buffer the variation of pH during the anaerobic digestion of food waste probably through adsorption and coagulation.
