摘　　要：目的了解汕头大学精神卫生中心2002-2005年度抗抑郁药的用药情况,探讨其使用特点及发展趋势。方法以限定日剂量为指标,对该院2002-2005年抗抑郁药的品种、用量、金额及用药频度、年平均增长率等情况进行统计分析。结果近4年抗抑郁药用药频度与用药金额快速增长;抗抑郁药医保甲类品种用药频度所占比率较低;新型抗抑郁药的临床使用率稳固上升。结论氯米帕明为临床首选;新型抗抑郁药的金额占据了绝大多数的份额。Objective To investigate the change in using antidepressants in Mental Health center of Shantou university during the period 2002 - 2005 and explore the characteristics and trend of usage of antidepressants. Methods Using defined daily dose （DDD） as index, Statistical analyses of all antidepressants used during 2002 -2005 in respect of varieties, dosages, cost, frequency of drug use and annual average rate of growth （AARG） were performed. Results The cost and the frequency of drug used of antidepressants increased quickly in the past 4 years. The quotient of DDDs of antidepressants in medicare catalog I was in low degree. The cost of New antidepressants stepped up steadily in clinical use. Conclusion Chlorimipramine is the first choice in clinic. New antidepressants take major cost of antidepressants.
