石油开发对环境影响的初步分析及评价——以新疆吐鲁番地区为例

摘　　要：随着社会经济的发展,石油的开发力度也在不断的加大,在其带来了巨大的经济效益的同时,也对生态环境造成了不容忽视的影响,文章分析了油田开发带来的主要环境问题,并结合新疆吐鲁番地区油田开发的实际,从石油开发的建设期和运营期两个方面出发,初步分析了吐鲁番地区油田开发对环境的影响,即:吐鲁番地区油田开发工程对研究区的土壤、大气环境、水环境影响较明显,石油开发工程产生的固体废弃物和噪声对生态环境的影响不明显,石油开发工程对生态环境的破坏和影响时段上主要体现在建设期,并在此基础上提出了对策建议。With the developing of the society, the degree of oil exploitation is increasing. It brings people great economic benefit , meanwhile, the impact of oil exploitation on environment becomes increasingly obvious. This research made an analysis of chief environment problem that the oil exploitation brought, and took an example of Turpan region in Xinjiang from two aspects： construction period and operating period, gave the primary analysis and assessment of oil exploitation impact on environment in Turpan region. Oil exploitation in Turpan region had made obvious impact on oil ,atmosphere environment ,water environment in study area. Oil exploitation resulted in Solid castoff and noise, their effects on ecological environment were unconspicuous. The main environment effects that the oil exploitation brought took part in during construction period. Some suggestions were given based on above analysis.
