摘　　要：通过对贵州省13个省级新农村建设试点村进行调查发现,在贵州推进新农村建设还存在诸多困难和障碍,提高认识,抢抓两项工作,突出三个重点是解决问题,推进发展的有效对策。A survey of 13 pilot villages at provincial level in Guizhou indicates that there are still numerous difficulties and barriers in promoting the building of a new countryside in Guizhou. Among effective measures to solves the problems and promote development are to raise awareness, pay special attention to two tasks and lay stress on three key points.
