摘　　要：贵州省贫困地区特别是其农村地区信贷资金外流、信贷功能弱化和金融体系萎缩的现象使金融对当地经济的服务弱化,严重影响了贫困地区经济的发展;而要彻底解决此问题,则有待我国金融体制的深化改革。Outflow of credit funds, weakening of credit function and shrinkage of financial system in poor areas-especially rural areas-in Guizhou has resulted in weakened services of finance to local economy and greatly hindered economic development in the areas. Thorough solution of the problem calls for deepening reforms of financial system in China.
