摘 要:从美味猕猴桃根中分离有活性的化合物。采用溶剂提取法和多种柱层析的方法进行分离,利用理化分析和波谱技术对化合物进行鉴定。共分离出5个化合物,分别鉴定为2,α3,β19,23-四羟基-12-烯-28-齐墩果酸(Ⅰ),2,α3,α23-三羟基-12-烯-28-乌苏酸(Ⅱ),2,α3,β19,23-四羟基-12-烯-28-乌苏酸(Ⅲ),正十一酸(Ⅳ),beta-si-tosterol(Ⅴ)。Ⅰ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ为首次从猕猴桃根中得到。Active compounds from Actinidia deliciosa were separated and identified. Column chromatography was used for isolation. Physicochemical and spectroscopic analysis were employed for structural identification. 5 compounds were isolated and identified as 2α ,3β,19, 23-tetrahydroxylolean-12-en-28-oic acid( Ⅰ ), 2α, 3α, 23-trihydroxy-urs-12-en-28-oic acid ( Ⅱ ), 2α, 3β,19,23-tetrahydroxyl-urs-12-en-oic acid( Ⅲ ), undecanoic acid( Ⅳ ), beta-sitoserol ( Ⅴ ). Ⅰ , Ⅳ and Ⅴ were isolated from roots of Actinidia deliciosa for the first time.
