摘　　要：目的:用高效液相色谱—蒸发光散射检测器(HPLC-ELSD)法对心肌康注射液中黄芪部分指纹图谱中的黄芪甲苷及异黄烷苷进行了定性和定量分析。方法:采用高效液相色谱—蒸发光散射检测器,Kromasil C18(4.6mm×200mm,5μ)色谱柱,采用梯度洗脱,紫外检测波长280nm,流速1.0ml/min,漂流管温度110℃,载气流速3.1ml/min。结果:建立了心肌康注射液中黄芪部分指纹图谱,并对其2种成分进行了定性和定量分析。结论:本试验方法简便、准确、重现性好。Objective: To establish the quantitative and qualitative method for Isoastragaloside and Astragaloside - Ⅳ in Xinjikang injection by HPLC - ELSD. Methods: The column used was a stationary phase Kromasil C18 (4.6mm×200mm,5μ)packed with 5μpm.The mobile phase consisting of -(A)water (B)acetonitrile (C)mixture solvent (containing 75% tetrahydro-furan and 25%lscpropylalcohol)with elution flow rate at 1ml/min - 1, At a temperature of drift tube of 110℃ and the nebulizer nitrogen flow rate at 3.1 ml/min - 1. Results: The ELSD fingerprint chromatogram was obtained. Two contents in the Radix Astragali extract were identified and quantified and the corresponding accuracy and similarity results were achieved. Conclusion: The method mentioned above is accurate, rapid andconvenient.
