摘　　要：加快农业信息化建设对带动黑龙江省农业现代化具有重要意义。黑龙江省农业信息化建设仍存在一些问题。加强信息基础设施系统建设;提供多样化、个性化的信息服务;统一规划、合理布局;建立、健全农村信息服务产业是加快黑龙江省农业信息化建设的主要对策。Improve agricultural information construction has great significance to Heilongjiang provincial agricultural industrialization. But there are some problems in the course. The countermeasures should be to improve build information basis instrument system; provide various and personal information service; seek unity of planning and make rational construction; set up and perfect information service industry.
