摘　　要：资产证券化是近三十年来世界金融领域最重大、发展最迅速的金融创新手段。针对东北老工业基地投融资的现状,资产证券化对于改善银行资本结构,盘活银行不良资产和缓解企业过度负债的压力,促进国有企业改革,振兴东北老工业基地都有重大的理论和现实意义。During the last thirty years, as the most important financial innovation skill, assets securitisation develops rapidly. According to the investing and financing situation in northeast old industrial base, assets securitisation is very important and significant both in theory and practice. It can promote the portfolio of bank, revitalize bad assets, lighten the burden on enterprises, improve the reform in state-owned enterprises, and vitalize the northeast old industrial base.
