摘  要:研究了滤纸与甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯(TDI)气体反应合成聚氨酯材料的方法及其反应机理。采用化学分析、红外光谱和电子显微镜观察相结合的方法,分析了聚氨酯化后滤纸的化学及物理特性以及聚氨酯结构的形成机理。研究结果表明:滤纸经聚氨酯化处理后,可以使纸张中的纤维之间产生氨基甲酸酯结构的连接,从而大幅度提高了纸张的物理性能,尤其是湿强度和施胶度,为纸张在包装、建筑等工农业生产中开辟更为广阔的前景。The methods of synthesizing polyurethane material with filter paper and TDI gas were investigated. The combination of chemical analysis, IR analysis, and scanning electron microscope observation were used to analyze the chemical and physical characteristics and forming mechanism of the polyurethane derived from filter paper. It was found that carbamate bond was formed between TDI and cellulose in fibers when the filter paper was treated with TDI. Carbamate bond bonded the fibers in paper together. Therefore, the treatment enhanced the physical strength of papers, especially the wet strength and degree of sizing, and also broadened the application fields of papers such as packaging, architecture and so on.
