摘　　要：通过分析由目前机载ATE给出的技术指标进行计量时存在的问题,根据机载ATE的特点,提出机载ATE指标确定的原则与基本依据,确保对机载ATE有效、准确地计量校准。The problems existed in the calibration based on indexs given for airborne ATE are analysed,On the basis of characters of ATE,the principles and gists of the indexs are brought forward and assure the measurement and calibration for ATE effience and accuracy.
