摘　　要：专用测试设备在型号研制和产品交付中作为性能评定的主要手段,其校准方法需能满足产品量值溯源的要求。文中介绍了几中常见的专用测试设备校准方法,并说明了这些方法包含的内容及其应用场合。The special test equipment is regarded as the main measure of the performance evaluation in the way of product development and delivery, it＇s calibration method needs to satisfy the requirement of traceability of value quantity of the product. In this paper, the calibration serial methods of special test equipment and in the way of their application are described. The idea and situation used of these methods are presented also.
