摘 要:银聚祥邸工程是超豪华的复式住宅,总高度超过150m,有40%的楼层楼板不连续,建筑要求周边不宜布置剪力墙,导致抗扭刚度不足,首层豪宅入户大厅部分剪力墙不能落地,单跨20.4m的大跨度转换。应用空腹桁架、搭接墙转换较好地解决了抗扭刚度和转换大梁刚度突变等问题,通过抗震概念设计以及弹性、弹塑性结构计算分析,找出了薄弱部位,予以针对性加强,消除安全隐患。Yinjuxiangdi Project is a supremely-luxury duplex housing complex, of which the total height is 150m and 40% of floor slabs are discontinuous. According to the architecture requirement, shear walls are unsuitable to be arranged at the building periphery, which causes shortage in torsional rigidity. Partial shear walls at the entrance lobby of first floor cannot let down to ground and single span is 20.4m for wild span conversion. However, the application of open web truss and lapping wall conversion provides a good solution on problems such as torsional rigidity and abrupt rigidity change by conversion of crossbeam. Weak points are found and reinforced correspondingly via conceptual aseismic design, elasticity and elastoplasticity structure calculation and analysis, which eliminates the hidden danger.
