新型大学学生个性发展的现状分析

摘　　要：由于新型大学自身的特殊性,新型大学大学生的个性发展状况与普通高校大学生个性发展状况相比,也呈现出较大的不同和差距。新型大学应结合自身特点,改进教育方式,创造一个有利于大学生个性发展的和谐环境。Because of the unique qualities of the new - type universities, the college students in the universities are greatly different from those in average universities in terms of development of personality. Therefore, basing on their own characteristics, the new- type universities are expected to improve educational modes being applied and try to establish a harmonious environment that is helpful to the development of students＇ personality.
