几种润滑剂的低温分散性能研究

摘  要:在现代润滑油技术研究中,润滑油的低温分散性能显得特别重要.利用DWY-I型内燃机油低温油泥试验仪对几种矿物基础油、发动机油以及清净分散剂、分散性粘度指数改进剂和复合添加剂的低温分散性能进行了试验研究.结果表明:发动机油的低温分散性能随油品级别的增高而变好;随着清净分散剂添加量的增加,其低温分散性能明显改善;在所评价的酰亚胺类、酯类无灰和双酐无灰等多种分散剂中。The behaviors of dispersancy of a number of engine oils as well as some dispersants added in mineral oil were evaluated using low temperature oxidation sludge apparatus (LTOSA). Tests were carried out at temperature of 130 ℃ with 10% catalyst under 4.5% NO x in water saturated air for 8 h. LTOSA results illustrate that superior engine oils exhibit better performance of dispersancy and with more amount dispersants in mineral oil gives smaller LTOSA indices. Among the tested dispersants of succinimides, ester ashless dispersants and di anhydride ashless dispersants, monosuccinimide shows the best performance of dispersancy. Tests in this work demonstrate again that the LTOSA method at the selected conditions is very effective to investigate the dispersancy of lubricants or additives.
