能源安全工程研究体系的含义

摘　　要：为解决能源问题,提出由区域能源开发消费安全、合理能源结构和消费布局、能源安全战略及相关法律法规等研究内容组成的能源安全工程研究体系,通过分层次研究和循环促进,开展能源安全战略、能源安全技术、能源生态关系、能源安全经济的系统研究,为科学解决能源安全问题、实现国家或区域社会经济的可持续发展,提供学术支持和科技保障。In order to resolve energy sources problems,the energy safety engineering research system contents, such as the security of regional energy development and consumption, rational energy structure and consumption overall arrangement, energy security strategy and relevant laws and regulations ,etc, are put forward. Through level-dividing research and circulation promotion, and the system researches on energy security strategy, energy safety technology , the ecological relation of energy , and safety economy of energy are carried out, offering academic support and scientific and technological guarantee for scientifically solving the energy safety problem and realizing sustainable development of the national and regional economy.
