摘  要:目的:通过给危重病人营养支持中添加谷氨酰胺,了解谷氨酰胺对危重病人的影响。方法:选择危重病科监护室96例危重病人,随机分入A、B、C 3组。3组应用等热量、等氮量的营养支持,A组添加肠内谷氨酰胺,B组添加肠外谷氨酰胺,C组作对照。测定3组的转铁蛋白、前白蛋白、氮平衡、免疫球蛋白、CD4/CD8、感染发生率等指标。结果:A、B、C 3组的转铁蛋白、前白蛋白、氮平衡、免疫球蛋白、CD4/CD8、无差异,A、B两组同C组比较有较低的感染发病率。结论:危重病人营养支持中添加谷氨酰胺能减低其感染发生率,肠内、肠外途径同样有效。Objective:To evaluate the effect of glutamine in critically ill patients. Methods:Critically ill patients were randomly divided into three groups, all were given isoealoric and isonitrogen. In group A, glutamine was added enterally, and in the group B, glutamine was added parenterally. Transferrin, prealbumin, nitrogen balance, immune globulin, CD4/CD8 and infection incidence were measured. Results: Totally 96 critically ill patients were enrolled and divided into three groups. Group A and groups B showed significant reduction in infection incidence. Other measurements showed no significant difference. Conclusion:In critically ill patients, both enteral and parenteral glutamine could reduce infection incidence.
