摘　　要：防空C3I系统作战效能评估,先建立基于层次结构的灰色评价指标体系。再采用效用函数法求取指标量化效用函数值,以AHP和Dephi法确定权重系数,通过灰色法计算综合评估值,从而建立综合灰色系统、效用函数法、AHP法优点的灰色层次评价模型。最后以某防空C3I系统仿真分析,证明该灰色层次评价方法的简单有效。The grey evaluation index is established based on hierarchy structure for combat efficiency evaluation of air defense C^3I system firstly. Then, the efficiency function methods are adopted to acquire the index quantization efficiency function value. AHP and Dephi method are used to ensure the weighting index, Through grey method, the synthesis evaluation value is calculated to establish the grey hierarchy model based on advantages of synthesis grey system, efficiency function method and AHP method.
