摘　　要：基于ProFiBus现场总线的炮弹弹药自动装配生产线控制系统,包括管理决策、控制和执行3层。管理决策层由3台通过以太网连接的工业计算机组成,形成系统数据共享。控制层采用ProFiBus-DP现场总线,使用主从通信方式。执行层采用ET200M分布式I/O系统,完成数字量和模拟量信号现场采集与控制。The automatic assembling production line for charging based on ProFiBus local bus includes management decision layer, control layer and execution layer. The management decision layer consists of three industrial computers which connected by Ethernet and realizes the system data share. The control layer adopts ProFiBus-DP local bus and principal and subordinate communication mode. The execution layer uses ET200M distribution I/O system to realize the gather and control the digital value and analog value.
