重庆三峡库区居民结核病知识现状的定性研究

摘　　要：[目的]了解库区居民结核病知识的掌握情况及获取知识的途径,以便有针对性地进行结核病的健康教育,确保健康教育工作取得成效。[方法]采用定性研究方法中的个人深入访谈和小组访谈对调查对象进行访谈。[结果]三峡贫困地区结核病健康教育不普及,居民结核病知识匮乏,意识较差,居民缺乏获取结核病知识的有效途径。[结论]该区应加大结核病健康知识宣传力度,举行多种形式相结合的宣传活动,普及防痨知识;努力提高贫困地区居民的结核病知识水平。[Objective] To understand the health education status and the channels for population to obtain TB knowledge in Three-Gorgers rural areas of Chongqing. To conduct pertinent health education campaign. [Methods] In-depth interview and focus group discussions （FGD） were applied to interview the selected .samples. [ Results] In the three-gorgers rural areas, the health education status was not diffusive, the population lacked of basic TB knowledge and health care consciousness, as well as effective channels to obtain TB relevant knowledge. [Conclusion] By way of reinforcing health education, disseminating and popularizing TB knowledge, the level of TB knowledge of people in rural areas of Three-Gorgers Reservior should be improved remarkably.
