中药祖师麻的三种基源植物的化学及药理活性

摘　　要：对中药祖师麻3种基源植物进行了系统的化学和药理学比较研究。采用现代技术分离黄瑞香、陕甘瑞香和结香中的化学成分,鉴定了63个(次)单体化合物的结构。以小鼠为模型,对上述3种植物的不同提取部位及部分单体化合物进行了抗炎和镇痛活性筛选。研究表明,3种基源植物在化学成分和药理活性方面存在较大的差异。The chemical and pharmacological study of three origin plants for TCM Zushima was described. The chemical investigation resulted in the isolation of 63 compounds, and the structures were determined based on the modern spectral technology. The anti-inflammatory and analgesic activity of these compounds were evaluated in mice. It is concluded that there are variances among the three origin plants on the basis of the chemical constituents and pharmacological activities.
