应用模糊综合疗效评价法评价复方羌芪片治疗急性病毒性心肌炎疗效的研究

摘　　要：目的:应用模糊综合疗效评价法评价复方羌芪片治疗急性病毒性心肌炎的疗效,进一步推广模糊综合疗效评价法。方法:首先建立了指标集合及评价集合,根据疗效评价标准得出各种资料的频数分配并建立模糊矩阵,并依照有关专家意见,得出评判因素的权重,采用模糊数学进行综合疗效评判。结果:按最大隶属原则来判断疾病治疗质量,治疗组A组属于评价等级中显效,阳性对照组B组、安慰剂对照组C组均属于评价等级中有效这一等级,根据隶属度相加得出阳性对照组的有效率高于安慰剂对照组。结论:模糊综合评价在一定程度上可弥补现行临床研究指导原则疗效评定标准中部分模糊不能正确归类的病例的缺点,同时评价的内容范围明显扩大,因此其结果可能更为科学和可信,因此是一种值得推广的综合疗效评定方法。Objective： Applying fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of therapeutic efficiency to evaluating the effect of compound Qiang Qi pill on patients with VMC and to further popularize fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of therapeutic efficiency. Methods： We set up the collection of index and evaluation, each index was ranked recovery, excellence, utility, ineffective as evaluation index collection, the evaluation denominator of curative effect refer to the standard of each index, and arrived at the distribution of absolute frequency of the above data according to their evaluation of therapeutic efficiency, we set up fuzzy matrix on the basis of the distribution of absolute frequency, and draw up the weight of the eValuation index refer to the proposal of related experts, so fussy mathematics was adopted to evaluate the comprehensive curative effect of compound Qiang Qi pill. Results： We evaluated the therapeutic effect of group A was 0.31 which belonged to excellence according to the maximum attachment principle, group B and group C were all O. 40 and belonged to utility, we integrated recovery, excellence attachment degree and consider the effective rate of group B was higher that that of group C. Conclusions ： Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of therapeutic efficiency could make upthe ambiguity disad.vantages in classifying the patients according to clinical effect evaluation criterion that is in force, and evatuation extent enlarge obviously, so its outcome may be more confident than other evaluation methods, and it is worth being spread.
