摘 要:针对常规的压力AGC系统存在的问题,利用小波变换的多尺度分析具有很好的时域和频域局部化的特性,开发了一种基于自适应小波阀值法的AGC系统。新系统根据轧制力的变化和轧辊的转速自适应地确定小波分解的层次和各层的阀值,提取压力AGC调节需要的轧制力变化量和辨识轧辊的偏心信号进行轧辊偏心的高精度补偿,具有自适应性、鲁棒性强,算法简单,控制精度高的特点。实验表明,这种系统使板带的厚度精度大为提高,具有广阔的推广应用前景。To solve some problems of conventional GM-AGC system, a new AGC system based on adaptive threshold method of wavelet transform was developed with characteristic of time domain and frequency domain localization of multi-scale wavelet transform analysis. The new system can self-adaptively, rationally confirm the number and thresholds of decomposed layers of wavelet, self-adaptively extract the change in rolling force for GM-AGC adjust- ment, and self-adaptively identify the signals of roll eccentricity to accurately compensate roll eccentricity. This system has the properties of self-adaption, strong robustness, simple algorithm and high control accuracy. Experiments show that the new system greatly improves the thickness accuracy of strip and is worthy of promotion.
