摘　　要：矿山企业需要发展,更需要可持续的发展,而这离不开矿山企业在管理上和经营上的合理安排与创新。搞好资源的综合利用,使矿山企业组织经营的增值内容最大化,这是矿山企业在变革和实现可持续发展过程中极为重要的因素之一。业务流程再造以其成功的、富有创新性的管理变革,从战略发展的视角,揭示出其价值创新的深刻内涵,为矿山企业变革提供了一种新型的管理和变革范式。通过矿山企业业务流程再造,能够实现了对企业生产经营部分或全部过程的集成管理,有效地把人、信息和应用工具合理地组织在一起,为矿山的生产及管理实现科学化、条理化和自动化提供了重要手段,有效的发挥了矿山资源的最大效能,从而实现矿山企业的可持续发展。Mine enterprises need to develop and more sustainable development, it can＇t leave rationalization and innovation in the management and operation of Mining Enterprises. Better use of resources, the value-added content of mines enterprise organizations operating profit, which is one of the most important factors for enterprises to achieve sustainable development. BPR offers a new paradigm for the management and transformation from a strategic development perspective. Through BPR of Mining enterprises, which provided important means for the production and management of scientific and automated, played greatest efficiency of mine resources effective, and achieve sustainable development.
