摘  要:为研究紫色非硫光合细菌对于高浓度淀粉废水的处理和菌体蛋白积累效果,采用序批式紫色非硫光合细菌法(PNSB—SBR)处理高浓淀粉废水。经过两个月的运行,在进水淀粉废水化学需氧量(CODcr)浓度为5000mg/L,运行周期为48h,微好氧、恒温30℃光照条件下,出水CODcr浓度为500~1000mg/L,其去除率达到70%~90%。污泥产率Yx,a约为每kgCOD可产出0.4kg可挥发性悬浮颗粒物(VSS),菌体蛋白含量达到30%~50%,同时蛋白质产率Yx,a约为每kgCOD可产出0.2~0.4kg菌体蛋白(SCP),并呈上升趋势,系统运行稳定。结果表明,采用PNSB-SBR工艺能有效处理高浓度淀粉废水,并同时有效地积累菌体蛋白。The effect of chemical oxygen demand (CODcr) removal and single cell protein (SCP) accumulation during the treatment of high concentration starch waste water treatment was investigated using the purple non-sulfur photosynthetic bacteria-sequence batch reactor (PNSB-SBR) method. The results indicate that after 2 months with micro aerobic conditions, light, constant temperature (30C), and 48 h cycles, the CODcr was reduced from 5 000 mg/L to 500-1 000 mg/L, for removal rates of 70% -90%. Yx.s(yield of active biomass on the substrate) reached 0.4 kg VSS per kilogram of COD for cell protein concentrations of 30% - 50%. Yp.s (yield of SCP on the substrate) was 0. 2 - 0. 4 kg SCP per kilogram of COD and slowly increasing. The results show that the PNSB-SBR method can effectively treat high-concentration starch wastewater while accumulating SCP.
