摘　　要：图书馆采编部图书积压一直是图书馆的一块心病,本文结合本馆的工作,找出了积压的原因及弊端,并提出了消除积压的对策。Book-overstock has been the secret trouble for library cataloging department at all times, In this paper, based on the author＇ s longtime work in the library of Shandong Normal University, a new method to avoid books-overstock has been put forward. The paper has found the cause and disadvantages of book-overstock and put forward countermeasures to remedy books-overstock.
