论图书信息的组织与其编目格式的利用

摘　　要：随着网络环境的发展,书目信息控制有了突破性的进展,特别是中国高等教育文献保障体系(CALIS)推广和普及更使图书信息的揭示趋于系统化和科学化,其深远的意义不仅仅是减轻了编目人员的工作强度,避免图书积压现象,而是为最终实现资源共享创造先决条件。但是,在实际工作中,由于图书馆馆类型和收藏图书的方向不同,以及对CALIS掌握使用的程度,编目人员的业务素质等因素的影响,图书信息揭示的完整和准确性还有待进一步的商榷。本文从图书所包含的信息内容出发,阐述其必要的编目格式的著录,使资源利用真正做到共享,抛砖引玉,促进我国编目研究的发展。Along with the network environment development, the booklist message control had the unprecedented progress, specially the Chinese higher education literature safeguard system （CALIS） promotes and the popularization causes the books information to promulgate tends to the systematization and the scientific style, its profound significance not merely reduced the catalog personnel＇s working strength, avoided the books backlog phenomenon, but was for finally realizes the resources sharing creation precondition. But, in practical work, because the library hall type and the collection books direction is differ- ent, as well as long-lived CALLS grasps the use the degree, catalog personnel＇s factor the and so on service quality influence, the integrity and the accuracy which the books information promulgates also waits for the further discussion. This article the information content which contains f^om the books embarks, elaborated its essential catalog form description, causes the resources use truly to achieve sharing, offers a few ordinary introductory remarks so that others may offer their valuable ideas, to promote our country catalog research development
