摘　　要：对Lotus Notes/Domino平台下成都铁路局人事管理信息系统中领导干部任免进行简要分析,并着重介绍Lotus Notes/Domino的安全控制、关联数据库、OLE(对象链接与嵌套,Object Linking and Embedding)、文件流转等技术在解决任免过程中的实际问题时的分析和应用。It was analyzed the appointing and removing of leader cadre in Chengdu Railway Administration＇s Information System of Personal Management under Lotus Notes/Domino platform briefly and introduced the analysis and application of the technology of security control, correlative database, OLE （Object Linking and Embedding）, document transmission and so on in the process of appointing and removing mainly.
