工程建设项目设计质量控制方案研究

摘　　要：在分析国内外有关工程建设项目设计质量控制研究现状的基础上,运用TQM、ISO9000族标准的过程方法,建立了基于PDCA循环原理的质量控制技术与活动相结合的油气田地面工程建设项目设计质量控制模型,提出了质量计划编制为主的设计计划过程质量控制方案,探讨了以相关质量控制技术应用与阶段性设计评审、验证、确认和质量审计为主的设计实施过程质量控制方案,研究了以施工图审查与持续改进为主的设计完工和交付过程质量控制方案。Based on the analysis of the study situation of design quality control of engineering construction project at home and abroad, a design quality control model of petroleum associated gas field ground engineering construction project that quality control techrique combine with practice on the principle of PDCA recycle was proposed by applying the process method of TQM and ISO900 series standard,a design planning process quality control program mainly on compiling quality planning was presented, a design implementation process quality control program primarily on the application of related quality control technique and in process of design examination,vetification,confirmation as well as quality audition were explored,and quality control scheme for design accomplishment and delivery process mainly on the working drawing examination and continue improvement was studied.
