摘　　要：论述了ICU管理中的问题词汇,即ICU在医院内的定位,ICU的科室内建设,ICU的特点,ICU的管理制度,ICU中护士的重要性,ICU必须具备一定的规模,应建立ICU分级准入和转诊制度等,并对ICU的未来进行展望。The article analyzed the problems and importance of ICU. The targeting in hospital, the department construction, the regulations, the importance of nurses, the scales, the admittance and the transfer management in ICU construction were discussed. The expectation of ICU development was described.
