摘　　要：目的:通过对影响Ⅱ型糖尿病病人平均住院日的因素分析,寻找可控因素和措施。方法:应用SPSS统计软件对2004-2005年内住院的200例2型糖尿病病人的有关资料进行方差分析和逐步回归分析。结果:影响2型糖尿病病人平均住院日的因素主要有年龄、家族史、费用支付方式、入院病情、治疗效果、院内感染等。结论:控制院内感染,强化医保管理、提高费用意识,提高诊疗水平是缩短平均住院日有效方法。to find influence factors of average length of stay for diabetes Ⅱ and shorten it. Methods： 200 diabetes Ⅱ patients in Yangpu Central Hospital in 2004-2005 were selected as the samples. ANOVA and stepwise regression were done by SPSS. Results： The influence factors of average length of stay for diabetes Ⅱ were age, family disease history, payment, state of illness, treatment effective and infections. Conclusions： Control hospital infection, strengthen medical insurance management and copayment rate, improve treatment technology were the effective ways to shorten the length of stay of diabetes Ⅱ.
