摘　　要：通过对浙江省15家综合性医院人员配置现状调查分析表明,医院人员配置整体不足,尤其是护理、后勤人员所占比例明显低于国家标准。我国现行综合性医院人员编制标准,经过28年的实践运行,证明是科学实用的,但也存在需要调整的地方。医院人员编制标准是医院管理的基础,医院人员编制标准是否合理,直接关系到医院的诊疗技术发展、医疗质量和医疗安全保障、医院的工作效率和运行成本的核算。建议国家有关部门应尽快对现行标准进行修订。The personnel post allocation investigation in 15 general hospitals in Zhejiang province showed that hospital＇s staff was entirety insufficient. Especially, nurses and supporting department＇s staff obvious shortened. Current personnel post allocation standard had been 28 years, although it＇ s quite scientific and practicable, it still needed to be changed. The personnel post allocation standard in hospital got important role on hospital administration. It could affect hospital development, healthcare quality, risk control, efficiency and cost effective of hospital. The government had the role to regulate new hospital personnel post allocation standard as soon as possible.
