摘　　要：对15所不同等次医院105例单纯性阑尾炎,按临床路径经专家评估,剔除不合理诊疗措施,运用算术平均法求出单病种费用作为费用基数,导入按诊断相关分组(DRGs2005年版)系统推算各组病种费用。Based on the 105 cases appendectomy in 15 different level hospital and evaluated the clinic path, the inconsequence diagnosis and treatment items were eliminated. Use average single disease cost as the base cost and put it in DRGs （2005） to estimate other single disease cost.
