摘　　要：通过浙江省15所不同级别医院2004年药剂科运行资料分析,药剂科运行费用占药剂收入的11.23%,若按进价10%作价,药剂收入只能勉强维持医院药剂科运行的维持费用。医院药剂科的职能主要是承担临床药学各项任务,医药分家的提法不适合我国国情。By analyzing the pharmaceutical department＇ s performance report of 15 different hospitals in Zhejiang Province, the expense of pharmacy department occupied 11.23% of total pharmacy revenue. If drugs soled with 10% plus purchased price, thus, its revenue only would be only used to maintenance pharmacy department expense. Pharmacy assumed all clinical pharmaceutical tasks in hospital, so the opinion ＂separate pharmacy from hospital＂ did not correspond to China.
