摘　　要：通过对浙江省不同等级的15家患者就医欠费情况的比较与分析,发现社保单位欠费占大部分比例,患者欠费情况解决是当前医患关系不可回避的一个重要问题,患者欠费影响到医院的发展,应将坏账核销额度计入医院运行成本,并分摊到医疗收费项目价格标准中,作为医疗机构的承办者的政府应按时偿还社保欠费。An investigation had been carried out on 15 different level hospitals for patients＇ arrearage, it showed that the social insurance liabilities were the major part of hospitals＇ bad account. Patients＇ arrearage could affect the relations of hospitals and patients, confine the hospital development. To resolve this problem, the amount of dead debts should be put into the cost of hospital operation and allocate to the prices.
