摘  要:利用从全国采集的土样中收集到28个品系的昆虫病原线虫,分离并筛选出28株共生菌高毒力菌株,对高毒力菌株的杀虫毒素进行初步提取,并以小菜蛾和甜菜夜蛾作为供试昆虫,对其杀虫活性进行测定。结果表明,共生菌的杀虫毒素粗提物对两种害虫的1龄幼虫均有一定的杀虫活性,其中菌株5-5B的杀虫效果最为明显,处理后120h,小菜蛾和甜菜夜蛾的平均校正死亡率分别为100%和68.52%。Twenty-eight highly virulent strains of symbiotic bacteria were isolated from 28 entomopathogenic nematodes in the soil samples collected from different regions of China. The crude toxins were extracted from the 28 symbiotic bacteria strains. Bioassay results showed that all crude extracts had virulent activity to the first instara of Plutella xylostella and Laphygma exigua to some extent, among which 5 - 5 B strain was the best one. The average corrected mortalities to P. xylostella and L. exigua were 100 % and 68.52 % respectively 120 h after treatment.
