摘　　要：塔里木河流域地域广袤,交通不便,气候恶劣,水资源紧缺,水生态平衡脆弱,采用先进的科学技术手段进行水资源管理是必然选择。近期开发建设的塔里木河流域水资源管理决策支持信息系统,采用现代化的科学手段,搭建了一个服务于流域水资源、生态与环境和经济社会协调可持续发展的水资源管理平台,在塔里木河水量统一调度中得到多方面的应用。Water resources management by means of advanced technology has become a necessity in the Tarim River Basin, because of its vast land, inconvenience of transport, foul weather, shortage of water resources and rigid of ecosystem. The recent developed decision-support information system for water resources management of Tarim River Basin adapts modern technology and lays a platform of water resources management for a harmonious and sustainable development of water resources with ecology, environment, economy and society. It has been widely applied in the unified regulation of water volume in the Tarim Basin.
