摘　　要：漳泽水库防汛会商决策系统的建设以3S技术为依托,配合相应的水动力模型,建立了12个子系统。其关键技术采用了TALKMAN DI数据整合技术、ArcIMS二次开发技术、RIA技术与记忆收藏技术、虚拟仿真技术与3S技术的结合、洪水淹没水利模型技术。The establishment of consultation decision-support system for flood control of Zhangze Reservoir is based on 3S technology. It builds 12 sub-systems combining with relevant hydrodynamic models. The key technologies it used includs data conformity technology of TALKMAN DI, secondary development technology of ArcIMS, memory collection technology of RIA, combination of virtual simulation with 3S, as well as hydraulic model of flood inundation.
