摘　　要：介绍六安市人民医院托管县级综合医院的实践与体会。其做法是:输出管理、技术和品牌;针对医院情况,加强管理,加大投入,加快改革步伐。通过两年多的托管,使医院走出困境,实现快速发展。To introduce practice and experience of county hospital under Lu＇an People＇s Hospital trusteeship. The concrete methods are as followings： output management, technique and brand, strengthening management, incresing input and quicken step of reform. After two-year trusteeship, hospitals have got out of dilemma and develop rapidly.
