儿科临床应用“护患连心卡”的效果评价

摘　　要：儿科护士工作的一个重要方向就是与患儿家长进行有效沟通,包括生活的、生理的、安全的及精神的,使患儿有一种温馨感、亲近感和家庭感,针对院护理部满意度调查暴露出来的问题,我们推行了优化以患儿为中心的新型护理模式,采用发放“护患连心卡”,增加了护患间互动,提高了护理质量,健康教育的力度,主要是提高了满意度。One of the most important things of nurse work in Pediatrics is to communicate effectively with patients and their parents, so that the patient can feel comfortable and affable. In order to resolve the problem uncovered in the survey of patients＇ satisfaction carried out by our nursing department, we adopt new nursing mode by distributing heart-linked cards to patients. Such mode can promote the intercommunication between the nurse and the patient and promote our nursing and healthy education to a new and high level. And based on these more patients are satisfied with us.
