摘　　要：目的:探讨肝移植手术中供肝的灌注、低温保存的配合方法。方法:对8例原位肝移植手术中供肝灌注及低温保存的配合要点进行总结。结果:肝移植中有效的供肝灌注和低温保存保证了手术的成功。结论:熟悉供肝灌注及低温保存的配合步骤和过程,是保证肝移植成功的重要方面。Objective To evaluate the cooperation methods of donor liver perfusion and hypothermal preservation in liver transplantation. Methods According to eight cases of liver transplantation operated in our hospital, we summed up the procedure of the donor liver perfusion cooperation and hypothermal preservation. Results Effective donor liver perfusion and hypothermal preservation in liver transplantation assures success of operation. Conlussion It is very important for success of liver transplantation to be familiar with procedure of donor liver perfusion cooperation and hypothermal preservation.
