摘　　要：目的探讨剖宫产产妇术后寒战的原因及护理对策。方法对1 280例剖宫产产妇进行临床观察和护理。结果术后发生寒战349例,发生率为27.27%。发生主要原因为手术、麻醉、失血和环境因素等。结论针对剖宫产产妇术后发生寒战的相关因素,进行有针对性的预防护理措施,可降低剖宫产术后寒战的发生率。Objective To explore the causes of post C-sect algor and the nursing countermeasures. Method 1280 parturients undergoing C-sect from Jan. 2006 to Dec. 2006 were clinically cared and observed. Results Postoperative algors occurred in 349 cases, accounting for 27.27%. The main causes of algor covered surgery, analgesia, blood loss and environmental factors. Conclusion Pertinent to those correlation factors of incurrence of algor, preventive nursing measures man lower the rate of algor.
