摘　　要：对数字图书馆环境下著作权评估的必要性、国外研究现状、数字图书馆著作权评估的新特点进行分析,在此基础上对传统著作权评估理论和模型进行修改,采用DELPHI法、AHP方法、模糊评价法来对收益现值法的结果进行修正,构建一个包括社会效益、经济效益、数字化效益三大方面、三个层次、45个指标的评估指标体系及模型,以合理评估数字图书馆环境下的著作权的真实价值。This paper analyzes the necessity of the copyright evaluation under the digital library environment, then it shows the status quo of overseas researches on the copyright evaluation and its new characteristics. Based on the analysis, the traditional theory and model for the copyright evaluation are revised and amended by using the method of DELPHI, AHP and vague evaluation. Finally an evaluation model with the index system is put forward to make a reasonable evaluation for the copyright in digital libraries.
