摘  要:目的探讨AutoCAD软件对全膝关节表面术X线片分析的精确性及其对手术的指导意义。方法用数码相机拍摄190例全膝关节表面置换术前和术后的DRX片,用AutoCAD软件处理图片,测量术前胫骨平台前后径和左右径、股骨髁的前后径和左右径、股骨假体角、胫骨假体角和胫骨假体的前后径和左右径、股骨假体的前后径和左右径,分析术前和术后数值之间的相关性。结果经测量得到的股骨假体角和胫骨假体角、股骨假体倾斜角、胫骨假体倾斜角分别为(86.21±1.96)°,(90.02±1.21)°,(88.32±3.12)°、(91.92±4.96)°。股骨假体和胫骨假体的测量值和真实值之间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论膝关节表面置换术可以通过AutoCAD软件来分析术前和术后X片,有利于术前预测、术中配合、术后评价.Objective Finding a new method for TKR evaluation through investigating the accuracy and significance of Auto CAD (Computer Assisted Design)software when it was used to analyze the radiographic results from patients before and after TKR. Methods Pre and post operation DR X ray images from 190 TKR patients were analyzed by Auto CAD software. All anterior-posterior and lateral projection X-ray films were analyzed. The differences of antero-posterior images of FPA ( Femoral Prosthesis Angle ), TPA (Tibial Prosthesis Angle), FPTA (Femoral Prosthesis Tilting Angle), and lateral images of TPTA ( Tibial Prosthesis Tilting Angle) in all involved eases were compared. Results The value of FPA and TPA,FPTA,TPTA is (86.21 ± 1.96), (90.02 ± 1.21) ,(88.32 ±3.12), (91.92 ±4.96) respectively. The difference between calculation value and the size of femoral ( or tibial) prosthesis is not statistically significant (P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusions Using the AutoCAD software to analyze the pre and post TKR operation X ray results is a convenient, non-expensive, accurate, and repeatable method, which will be advantage of pre-operation predication, operation collaboration, and post-operation analyzing.
