摘  要:白细胞介素10(IL-10)是一种重要的免疫调节因子,具有强大的抗炎作用,在骨质疏松的发生、发展中起重要作用。IL-10通过下调促炎症因子的表达抑制破骨细胞的激活,以及直接抑制破骨细胞的分化从而减少骨吸收;同时还可影响成骨细胞的增殖活性和骨形成。另外,IL-10基因启动子区有高度多态性,决定了IL-10基因的转录和表达水平,并与骨密度的变化和骨质疏松的发病风险相关。IL-10及其遗传多态性影响骨代谢机制的研究可能为骨质疏松的治疗开辟新的途径。Interleukin-10 is an important immunoregulatory cytokine. Its main biological function seems to reduce inflammatory responses and plays an important role in inhibiting the development of osteoporosis. Interleukin-10 can inhibit the activation of osteoclasts by down-regulating the pro-inflammatory cytokines. It can also suppress the differentiation of osteoclasts directly, therefore reduce the bone resorption. In another way, interluekin-10 regulates the proliferation of osteoblast and bone formation. The interleukin-10 gene promoter is highly polymorphic with two informative microsatellites and three frequent point mutations which is assosciated with the transcription and expression level of interleukin-10,that is related to the risk of osteoporosis. Further researches of the relationship between interleukin-10 and bone metabolism may provide us a new way for the treatment of esteoporosis.
