摘  要:[目的]防止带有细菌和病毒的气体直接进入呼吸机,污染主机内部气路。[方法]通过自制的消毒装置,用2%戊二醛对病人呼出气体进行消毒,并分别在消毒前后对病人呼出气体和呼吸机尾气采样,做细菌培养,观察菌落数。[结果]病人呼出气体和呼吸机尾气在治疗早期消毒前后菌落数比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);撤机前与治疗早期消毒后菌落数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);56例病人在呼吸机治疗过程中均未出现相关性不良反应。[结论]呼吸机主机内部气路消毒对病人呼吸无影响,可避免呼吸机内部气路污染,防止呼吸机尾气污染空气,具有预防病人交叉感染和保护医护人员的双重作用。Objective: To prevent the air with bacteria and virus entering breathing machine directly and contaminating inner air path of main part of the machine. Methods:Exhaled airs of patients were sterilized with 2 % glutaral by selfmade decontaminating apparatus, Then exhaled airs of patients and end gas of breathing machine were sampled and cultured before and after sterilization respectively. And colony numbers were observed. Results: There were statistical significances in terms of colony numbers of exhaled air of patients and end gas of breathing machine before and after sterilization at early period of treatment (P〈 0.01 ). However, there was no statistical significance in terms of colony numbers between after sterilization before breathing machine removed and early period of treatment (P〉0.05). All 56 cases of patients have no associated adverse effect during the treatment process with breathing machine. Conclusion: Sterilization of inner air path of breathing machine has no influence on patient' s respiration. And it can avoid the contamination of inner air path of breathing machine, prevent end gas of breathing machine to pollute the air, which has the doubled effects of preventing cross infection among patients and protecting medical and nursing staffs.
