摘　　要：在社会主义市场经济条件下,大学生面临的竞争压力越来越大。当代大学生竞争失范行为有各种表现。造成大学生竞争失范的原因是多方面的,教育工作者应采取有效途径,培养大学生的竞争道德。College students are facing growing pressure due to the increasingly fierce competition under the system of socialist market economy. Therefore, moral education in colleges should be conducted in a more competitiveness-oriented manner. After probing into students＇ behaviors of irregular competition, the author tries to find out the causes and puts forward some solutions to the training of competitive morality for college students.
