新型四配位硅单体改性水性聚氨酯的制备与性能分析

摘  要:采用丙烯酸酯对水性聚氨酯进行改性,制备了具有核壳结构的共聚乳液(PUA乳液),并在此基础上引入乙烯基四配位硅单体对PUA乳液进行改性。研究了MMA添加量对PUA乳液性能的影响,改性对涂膜性能的影响,用红外光谱(IR)、热失重谱(TG)、差示扫描量热谱(DSC)等手段对样品进行了结构表征和性能分析.研究表明:随着MMA含量的增加,体系聚合稳定性变差,MMA的适合添加量为PUA总量的20%~30%;PUA涂膜的耐水性和耐溶剂性明显优于PU涂膜,而用四配位硅单体改性后的PUA涂膜,改性效果更加显著。Copolymerized emulsion (PUA emulsion) with core-shell structure was prepared with aqueous polyurethane modified by acrylate and this emulsion was further modified by tetra-coordinated silicon monomer based on ethylene. Effects of MMA addition on performance of PUA and effects of modification on performance of film were studied. Structural characterization and performance of samples were analysed by means of IR, TG and DSC. Testing results indicated that polymerization stability of the emulsion decreased along with increase of MMA content. Proper addition of MMA accounted for 20%-30% of the emulsion. Water resistance and solvent resistance of PUA film was markedly better than that of PU film. Film of PUA modified with tetra-coordinated silicon monomer showed even better effects.
