摘　　要：利用基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱法分析三苯胺偶氮化合物。在正、负离子检测模式下,考察了基质、离子化试剂、样品浓度对分析结果的影响。结果表明:基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱表征三苯胺偶氮化合物时,用咔啉作基质,负离子检测,可以得到较好的质谱图。The triphenylamine azo compounds were successfully characterized by matrix-assisted laser desorption-ionization time of flight mass spectrometry （MALDI-TOF MS）. The influence of matrix, ion detection mode and concetration of sample was investigated in detail. The satisfactory mass spectra can be obtained using norharmane as matrix under negative ion detection mode.
